Andy Chan is a distinguished attorney, qualified to practice law in both New York and Ontario. Rafail Veli, Esq
He is a Commercial Mediator.
Rafail Veli is a multi-dimensional lawyer who came to law later in life. He has extensive expertise and experience in management consulting, technology, and engineering in addition to having over 13 years of Board Directorship expertise dealing with all matters related to governance, regulatory, and compliance.
He was called in both the UK as a Barrister at Middle Temple (2011) and in Ontario as a lawyer (2019) and now offers his expertise in civil litigation, immigration law, employment family law as well as IT/IP and given his LL.M from Queen Mary in London. He is also an MBA, a Fellow, a Corporate Secretary, Chartered Manager and a Commercial Mediator.
In addition, Rafail is fluent in English, French, Turkish and Tatar with conversational Italian and Russian as needed.

Though a recent call, his range of experience has enhanced his ability to think on his feet, face complicated legal issues with confidence and provide meaningful legal expertise at a competitive rate.
